At ULTSTASH, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:
· Items must be returned within 14 days of the product’s shipment date. Shipping for product returns is the responsibility of the consumer, unless the product is faulty by the manufacturer. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
· Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
How to Request a Return/Refund
1. Contact us at hello@ultstash.com from the email you place your order with and include your order number, reason for the return and unboxing video (if applicable).
2. Wait for return approval and instructions on how to return your items. Please note that returns without a written agreement and/or authorization will not be accepted.
3. Once approved, ship the item(s) back properly packaged with a valid tracking number. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy. The return shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer, unless it’s a manufacturing error.
4. Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please look over the items you ordered on arrival and let us know right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
If your order arrives with damaged internal goods and/or missing components (e.g., photocards, posters), you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the unopened shipping package, the opening process, the product(s) and any damages and/or missing content.
Non-eligibility for refunds
We do not accept refunds/returns due to:
· Change of mind
· Minor scratches or damage to outer box. The outer case is only for protecting the inner goods.
· Opened album without an unboxing video
· Address errors not immediately brought to our attention prior to shipping
· Pre-orders, limited-edition items, sale items and gift cards are final and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. Please make sure that you’re satisfied with your order before purchasing!
