Shipping policy

 

Orders will not be shipped until all items are available. (e.g. your order includes 1 album available now, 1 pre-order album to be released in 2 weeks’ time. Your order will then be shipped after the pre-order has been released.)

Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated.

Average delivery time is 2-4 weeks. However, please note that delays can sometimes happen due to factors outside of our control.

ULTSTASH is not liable for any lost or damaged items during delivery. Please contact your local post. 

Please review your address carefully during checkout. Address errors cannot be changed once the order has been shipped and we cannot issue a refund for this reason. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@ultstash.com immediately. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
